In the 1990s, correctional facilities sought an alternative to the dangerous metal cans that contained chili, beef stew and various seafoods. Keefe understood the need for improvement and pioneered the packaging evolution of products sold through correctional commissaries.  We now offer more than 29 ready-to-eat pouch meals under our Brushy Creek® brand and 14 seafood options under our Fresh Catch® brand, and we continue to add new products at our customers’ requests. It’s just one example of how we listen and respond to the unique needs of our market and our customers.
